1. Returns
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and unworn.
The reason for return (damage, misprint etc.) must be communicated within 10 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 2 business day to the original payment method.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If the item is damaged or not in its original condition, only a partial refund may be granted.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at returns@sacrosanct.shop with details of the issue.
